Repeat offenders will be subject to further sanction at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The letting of homes for gain in the Estate is considered a privilege and not a right, which in extreme circumstances could be rescinded by the board.

Visitors are reminded that the Eco estate is primarily a residential sanctity that registered owners have invested heavily in, to enjoy peace and tranquility.
